Practice Description:
Mr. Ginting has participated in syndicated loan financing, structured finance, project finance (coal, power, water, chemical plants, cement, telecommunications, toll roads, gold loans and hotel/property construction), acquisition finance (multi-finance companies, banks, securities companies and coal mining companies), mergers and acquisitions of banks and debt restructuring. He has been involved in devising financing structures, drafting terms sheets, loan agreements, restructuring agreements, security documents and other transaction documents, as well as assisting clients in negotiating project proposals with government officials. He has also spent a seven-month period working in the Credit Recovery Unit of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Jakarta.
