We are currently seeking a Capital Markets Associate to join our Firm.
Qualifications:
- A law degree (SH) with a strong academic track record; a master's degree would be a plus
- A minimum five years of relevant work experience in the capital markets area
- Experience in a variety of capital markets and public M&A transactions and extensive knowledge of capital markets regulations
- A PERADI license
- A strong focus on excellent client service
- Good communication skills and confidence, with excellent English speaking and writing skills
