HHP Law Firm, together with Baker McKenzie’s Singapore member firm Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow, has advised PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. (Unilever) on its IDR 1.5 trillion divestment of its SariWangi tea business to a fast-growing Indonesian FMCG group.
As detailed in the announcement to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the transaction is part of Unilever’s continued portfolio optimisation strategy, sharpening its focus on fewer, higher-impact categories and scalable brands.
