Biography

Rinaldo Aditya is an associate partner in the Employment Practice Group. He assists clients with the full range of employment related matters.

Rinaldo reviews, drafts and provides advice to clients on all types of employment documentation including employment agreements, HR policies, collective labor agreements, termination agreements, employee transfer agreements, outsourcing agreements etc. He also provides advice on compensation and benefits, pensions, data privacy, employment issues related to M&A and changes of company ownership, termination, downsizing, retirement, employee stock option plans, the employment of expatriates, work permit and immigration requirements, company regulations, sexual harassment and social security.

Representative Legal Matters

  • Advising various international and local companies on employee benefits such as salary, minimum wage, fixed and non-fixed allowances, Social Security, Religious Festival Allowance, pension benefits, stock option plans, overtime, paid leave, bonus, and company’s facilities to various foreign/domestic investment companies, multinational companies, trade representative offices and non-governmental organizations.
  • Advising various employers (including international companies and representative offices) on pension fund schemes and pension fund benefits under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  • Advising various employers (including international companies and representative offices) on various termination of employees for various reasons.
  • Assisting various employers (including international companies and representative offices) in reviewing, revising and drafting the employment agreements of their employees, directors or heads of the representative offices.
  • Advising various employers (including international companies and representative offices) on the employment of expatriates and visa and expatriate document requirements.
  • Advising various Indonesian companies on their compliance to various labor and employment regulations in Indonesia.
  • Advising various foreign/domestic investment companies on general outsourcing issues and requirements.
  • Assisting multi-national companies and international non-government organizations in drafting, reviewing and revising independent contractor/consultancy agreements.
